Bumper HR coverage in March

With the deadline for gender pay gap reporting on 4th April and pension contributions for employers rising in April too, our clients kept us very busy with the media.

XpertHR, who specialise in HR policies and guidance, provided advice for businesses to help them meet the deadlines and ensure their gender pay gap reporting was accurate.
Mark Crail, XpertHR’s Content Director had interviews with The Guardian, and offered guidance to companies on complying with the regulation in Real Business and We are the City.

Sheila Attwood from XpertHR also featured in People Management magazine advising businesses on how they can support employees suffering from a bereavement.

Punter Southall Aspire, our investment and workplace savings client, discussed how employers can prevent employees from opting out of pension schemes when contributions rise.
Alan Morahan, Managing Director, DC Consulting at Punter Southall Aspire provided advice on the subject in Professional Adviser magazine and Global Banking and Finance, while CEO Steve Butler talked to HR Zone about how improving pensions communications can support pensions engagement and encourage savings.

Also, Punter Southall Health and Protection published its annual employee wellbeing report in association with REBA and we were delighted the research was featured by leading publications including HR Director, Personnel Today, Workplace Insight, Employee Benefits magazine, amongst others.
